Live Stream Customer Expert with Russian

About us:

We are creating a space on a well-known social media platform - we receive reports, react and act! We are looking for people who want to have a real impact on how the Internet looks.

Your tasks:

• Responding in real time to platform users' inquiries regarding LIVE streaming in terms of reported abuses and appeals of decisions made.

• Receiving user requests and resolving them in accordance with established platform standards.

• Collaborating in an international back-office environment (no phone contact with customers).

Our expectations:

• Fluent knowledge of Russian (min. C1) and very good knowledge of English (min. B2).

• Estimated monthly involvement of approximately 140 hours.

• Services are provided within a 24/7 operational framework. The Contractor may deliver services at various times (including daytime, nighttime, and weekends), depending on their availability and mutual arrangements.

• Good organization of own tasks and attention to detail.

• Openness to providing services from our office in the city centre of Poznań.

Recruitment process:

• Initial phone interview – we want to get to know you better! 

• English and Russian verification – spoken and written  

• Online interview with recruitment representative and Hiring Manager – during the meeting we’ll ask you some questions, take an online speed typing test and tell you more about how the project works daily. 

• You will receive a call within 2 days after the interview – we contact candidates regardless of the final decision.
