LEGAL & COMPLIANCE ADMINISTRATOR
Your Role and Responsibilities:
Corporate Documentation & Administrative Processes
Support the preparation, circulation, and archiving of corporate documentation for the Company and its affiliated entities.
Prepare documentation for distribution, including printing, compiling, scanning, archiving, and managing workflow processes using tools such as Jira.
Maintain and update document registers while ensuring the completeness and accuracy of corporate documentation.
Monitor document processing deadlines and support the coordination of administrative processes.
Legal & Compliance Support
Coordinate cooperation with external law firms and legal advisors, particularly during the absence of management representatives.
Support personal data protection processes, including maintaining documentation and handling ongoing administrative responsibilities.
Verify the completeness of contractual documentation related to the Company and its affiliated entities.
Monitor deadlines and the execution of activities related to Legal & Compliance operations, as well as applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Assist in preparing documentation, reports, and summaries for the Legal & Compliance Department.
Prepare standard legal, compliance, and corporate documentation based on approved templates and established document standards, including collecting the information required for document preparation.
Support the maintenance and updating of document templates used across the Company.
Process Improvement & Risk Management
Participate in activities aimed at ensuring the Company's compliance with applicable laws, regulations, standards, and internal policies.
Support the maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS).
Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and analyses for internal and external audits.
Participate in internal audits and gradually assume Internal Auditor responsibilities following appropriate onboarding and training.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and support the implementation of corrective and improvement initiatives.
Skills:
Good command of English, both written and spoken (B1/B2).
Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing higher education (preferred fields: Law, Administration, Management, Economics, or a related discipline).
Previous professional experience in administration, business process support, document management, back-office operations, HR, legal support, or a similar role.
Experience in compliance, data protection, or legal support is considered an advantage.
Ability to work with documentation while ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and proper maintenance.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365; familiarity with Jira or similar workflow management tools is an asset.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.
High level of responsibility, independence, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Willingness to develop expertise in compliance, internal auditing, data protection, and the NIS2 Directive.
