Junior Manager (no experience) / dark kitchen / ENG speaking Student

Some Polish language welcome

Basic computer skills

Knowledge of Excel is a plus

Where are we located?

Central Warsaw – Wola and Śródmieście (near metro stations)

Do I need experience?

No – we will train you in everything

For how long?

Permanent position, minimum 6 months

What will you do?

Prepare simple orders in kitchen (usage of deep fryers, packaging the food)

Hand over packages to couriers (Uber, Wolt, etc.) – on-site customer service is very limited

Follow quality standards

Maintain cleanliness of the workplace

In the future: recruitment, analysis, and other tasks

Working hours and days?

18:00–03:00 – minimum 3 days per week

At least 1 weekend day

Maximum depends on you

After full onboarding, a 12:00–18:00 shift will also be available

What do we offer?

PLN 32 gross/hour

After 3 months, up to 10% quarterly performance-based bonus (paid quarterly)

Annual bonus (dependent on company results and your performance)
