zadania

• coordination of global ocean/airfreight logistics operations
• first point of contact for internal/external stakeholders 
• collecting transport details and gathering documents 
• fulfillment export activities ( like ocean documentation requirements after container loading ) 
• order/ shipment creation for import and shipment creation for export 
• ocean payment process (cost verification + sending invoices for payment)
• resolving disputes of rejected invoices and checking statements of account
• control KPI for given logistics targets and looking for improvements to achieve better results where it is possible

oczekujemy

• master degree of logistics studies 
• experience in logistics for minimum 6-12 months
• fluency in spoken and written English
• customer Service and team work mindset required
• good interpersonal skills: good communication, influencing, team working, problem solving 
• good Excel knowledge required
• manage well tasks and monitor deadlines
• well-organized and taking care about details
• independent in operations and working well under pressure , energetic and pressure resistance
• focused on good cooperation between customers/ stakeholders/team.
