Your responsibilities

• Support local business in delivering annual projects plan.

• Support correct implementation of tools, processes, and standards throughout the project execution.

• Execute local procurement strategy basing on close collaboration with stakeholder.

• Regularly report (on local and/or zone level) status on project variance and schedule risks.

• Identify and drive savings opportunities within projects in collaboration with Procurement management and stakeholders.

• Be the Business Partner for support stakeholder needs to achieve company goals of company growth.

• Execute negotiation with suppliers to protect company targets, costs, values.

• Execute contracting in line with global procurement processes and compliance rules.

Our requirements

• Master’s degree.

• At least 1 – 2 years in Procurement - engineering background as well as Capex and/or MRO experience would be a plus.

• Fluent English – direct co-operation with the international team on everyday basis.

• Analytical and negotiation skills.

• Passion for improving and proactive nature.

• Communication skills and focus on results.

• Flexible and open-minded approach.

• Open for regular (at least 2 times a month) business travels to Warsaw.
