Junior Business Development Manager (New Clients) Location: Remote (with occasional international travel)
We are looking for a motivated, open, and confident person to join our international team and help us connect with new clients around the world.
This is an entry-level role — we provide full training from the beginning, so no prior sales experience is required. What matters most is your English, personality, and willingness to learn.
Part-time students are very welcome. You can combine your studies with working in our international team.

We are an international market research and consulting agency, working with clients across Europe and globally. Our clients include companies such as Netflix, Samsung, and many others.
We support major international brands by helping them test new products, services, and ideas before they are launched to the market. This means you will be involved in projects that shape real-world decisions for global companies.
We also have a social media agency arm, giving you exposure to a wide range of industries and projects.
Our team is fully international, with colleagues from multiple countries, and English is our main working language.
About the role
You will be reaching out to new companies, starting conversations, and introducing them to Stratega. Most of your work will be done through LinkedIn and email, with the goal of booking meetings and building relationships with international clients.
You will be trained and supported by an experienced international sales expert from the Netherlands and work closely with a diverse, international team.
What you will do
Reach out to new companies via LinkedIn and email
Communicate with international clients in English
Book meetings and calls
Present Stratega in a clear and professional way (after training)
Support the creation of new business opportunities
Keep basic records of your work in our system
What we are looking for
Excellent English (spoken and written) — this is essential
Open, friendly, and very communicative personality
Comfortable speaking with new people and building connections
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Interest in working in an international environment
Good organization and attention to detail
Basic computer skills
Experience:
6–24 months of professional experience is beneficial but not essential
