Mechanical & Electrical Assets to join a newly established hub in Wrocław.
For one of our international clients, a global leader in the industrial and manufacturing sector, we are currently looking for an experienced Global Reliability SME (Mechanical & Electrical Assets) to join a newly established hub in Wrocław.
This is a unique opportunity to become part of a global Maintenance Excellence team driving the implementation of advanced predictive maintenance, asset performance, and reliability solutions across multiple production sites worldwide.
Your Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert for the reliability and performance of critical mechanical and electrical assets.
Support the deployment and optimization of predictive maintenance and asset health solutions across international manufacturing sites.
Analyze equipment performance data, condition monitoring results, and asset health indicators to identify reliability risks and improvement opportunities.
Investigate equipment failures and provide recommendations for preventive and corrective maintenance actions.
Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, automation, IT/OT, and operations teams to improve equipment reliability and plant performance.
Support root cause analysis activities, criticality assessments, and reliability improvement initiatives.
Develop and promote best practices, standards, and methodologies related to asset reliability and maintenance excellence.
Deliver technical guidance and knowledge sharing to local maintenance and engineering teams worldwide.
We Are Looking For
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance, reliability, engineering, or asset performance management within heavy industry, manufacturing, mining, cement, aggregates, or power generation environments.
Strong understanding of industrial equipment, maintenance strategies, and reliability principles.
Experience with condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, or asset performance management programs.
Ability to analyze operational and technical data and translate findings into practical maintenance actions.
Experience with SAP PM or other CMMS systems is highly desirable.
Fluent English communication skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with Asset Performance Management (APM) or predictive maintenance platforms.
Knowledge of SCADA, OT systems, industrial historians, or condition monitoring technologies.
Reliability-related certifications (e.g., CMRP, vibration analysis, or similar).
Experience working in international or multi-site environments.
