German Customer Service Consultant | Remote after training

Over 40 years ago, an idea was born in Hawaii, thanks to which today we don’t have to carry cash with us. For our client, the world's largest supplier of payment terminals, we are looking for German-speaking Customer Service Specialist.

What tasks are waiting for you:

- Comprehensive customer service via e-mail and incoming calls (we don’t sell anything!) by applicable customer service standards,

- Solving technical problems,

- Achieving the quality goals of the project.

What we offer:

- Civil contract, at a rate of PLN 49 gross/h,

- Flexible schedule: working hours 7:00-22:00 from Monday to Friday and 08:00-22:00 on Saturday,

- Training and mentoring that will fully prepare you for your daily tasks,

- After training at the office (about 1 month), you can switch to remote collaboration,

Our requirements:

- Excellent command of German (C1),

- Good command of English (B1),

- Ability to solve simple technical problems,

- Interpersonal skills: ability to work in a team, active listening, empathy, politeness,

- Availability for a minimum 120-140 hours per month.
