Your Mission

Join our team in Tarnowo Podgórne and take ownership of everything that keeps our e-bike fleet in top shape from the first inspection to the final quality check before deployment.

• Lead and participate hands-on in daily refurbishment, repairs, and assembly of e-bikes. You're not just managing, you're doing

• Own the full hardware workflow: bike repairs, refurbishment cycles, battery diagnostics and checks, and components quality control

• Lead the mechanics team (up to 5-7 people), setting clear daily targets and driving refurbishment output KPIs

• Conduct and oversee thorough quality checks on incoming and outgoing e-bikes, batteries, and components, and hold the team to the same standard

• Diagnose and assess battery health, flag issues, and ensure only verified batteries are deployed

• Manage spare parts and components inventory on the floor: stock accuracy, organization, and availability

• Keep the floor environment efficient, safe, and well-organized so the team can perform at their best

• Identify process gaps and implement practical improvements to quality, throughput, and day-to-day workflows

• Maintain accurate records across ERP and internal systems, ensuring hardware floor data is always up to date

• Contribute to building and maintaining SOPs that capture standard processes on the floor, ensuring consistency

• Be the go-to person for all hardware and quality decisions on the floor, escalating to the Hardware Lead when needed

Your skills and qualifications

• Hands-on experience in e-bike, bicycle, or light vehicle mechanics or refurbishment

• Proven experience leading or supervising a team on a production or workshop floor

• Hands-on technical expertise. Diagnostic, repairs, and e-bikes refurb

• Understanding of battery systems and ability to perform basic diagnostics and health checks

• Solid understanding of quality control, from incoming parts and batteries to outgoing refurbished bikes

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Proficiency in English (C1) and fluency in Polish are required.

• A genuine interest/passion for e-bikes and urban mobility
