Finance Specialist

We are an international technical service provider with over 250 technicians delivering services to industry and energy sectors around the world. Our DNA is half-Danish and half-Polish, and today we are looking for a competent, well-organized colleague who is interested in finance.

As a part of our team you will be responsible for:

• Organization of invoicing plan and preparing sales invoices (for all Group companies)

• Performing intercompany settlements

• Daily monitoring of incoming payments & reminding customers

• Delivering sales documentation for accounting office

• Reviewing and reconciling of customers account balances, investigating on discrepancies

• Communication with customers in field of invoicing & payment monitoring

• Participating in month end closing process

• Supporting team with daily tasks

• Cooperating with other departments

You are a perfect candidate if you:

• Are very good in English, spoken and written

• Have a good understanding of general accounting principles and AR finance area

• Have an experience in finance & accounting

• Are well-organized and pay attention to details

• Are flexible and results-oriented person

• Have an ability to think analytically

• Have very good practical knowledge of MS tools

• Have an experience from an international organization - will be an advantage
