Opis
Essential Functions :
· Guide, build & operate the Yarzin Sella operation for the 2 sites (client site 500 employees with 1 restaurant, 1 café and 2 breaks area+ external kitchen) in partnership with the Chef de cuisine
· Ensure that customers are satisfied with their High-End food experience and that the business is profitable.
· With the Chef de cuisine: Coach, develop and lead all team members (on-site team + team on the external kitchen)
Provide weekly/monthly reporting metrics to the General Manager and the Regional Chef for Europe in a timely manner
· Oversee food safety programs including daily check, audits and trainings.
· Work closely with the Regional Hygiene and Safety Manager
· Train and educate staff on new menu items and changes in procedures for current menu items; monitor and hold staff accountable for implementing the change
· Work with the client on on-going and seasonal menu development for our standard menus, internal menu tastings and photo shoots.
· Work with the Chef de cuisine & General Manager on special menu requests, creating menus, thinking through logistics, cost and labor.
· Ensure all team members have a complete understanding of the company's policy relating to food safety, hygiene and safety; including staff training and adherence by all
· Partner with Human Resources to meet legal compliances and adherence to Company policy
· Responsible for consistently meeting the Company’s Key Performance Indicators
