What are we looking for?

• Native english-speaker

• Experience working with children (preferably in a nursery, kindergarten, or individual care).

• Pedagogical education or completion of relevant courses (e.g., nursery caregiver course) or willingness to obtain the necessary qualifications.

• Knowledge of or interest in attachment-based approaches and empathetic caregiving.

• Teamwork skills and openness to the needs of children and parents.

• Patience, kindness, and dedication to children’s development.

• Responsibility, empathy, and creativity.

• Openness to innovative methods of working with children.

• Organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.

• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with children and their parents.

• Knowledge of basic pediatric first aid.

• A valid health book with up-to-date sanitary-epidemiological tests.

• A certificate of good conduct (no criminal record).

Responsibilities:

• Caring for children aged 0–3 years.

• Organizing and leading educational and play activities.

• Ensuring the safety and hygiene of children.

• Assisting with daily tasks such as feeding and personal care.

• Maintaining cleanliness in playrooms and during/after meals.

• Collaborating with parents and updating them on their child’s progress.

• Working closely with other caregivers and specialists.

• Keeping records on children’s development and health.

• Organizing free time and outdoor walks.

• Supporting children’s emotional and social development.
