Our client is a Danish company from the pharmaceutical industry, currently expanding its Business Center operations in Warsaw. As part of this transformation, new teams and structures are being built in a modern office on Inflancka Street. Your New Role
Are you ready to dive into the world of data engineering and make a real impact? As Data Engineer, you’ll help keep the Data Hub running smoothly, support exciting projects, and work closely with business teams to turn data into action.

What You’ll Be Doing
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and integration workflows.
Manage ingestion, transformation, and storage of structured and unstructured internal and external data sources
Build and operate cloud-native data services (e.g., data lakes, data warehouses, real-time streaming, APIs)
Oversee the performance, availability, and scalability of data platforms and pipelines
Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with data governance and privacy regulations
Maintain and evolve toolsets and technologies used in the data engineering environment
Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure data availability and usability
Provide on-call production support for critical data services and resolve incidents as needed
Contribute to infrastructure-as-code practices and CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments
Participate in architectural reviews, code reviews, and best practice sharing
What You Bring
Previous experience with MS SQL, T-SQL and SSIS
Understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and API integration
Familiarity with DevOps practices, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of C# and VBA is considered an additional asset
Fluency in English and Polish
A sharp eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset
Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
