Customer Support Specialist with Bulgarian

Work location: stationary; our office in Warsaw (Mokotów)

Your tasks:

·       Supporting customers in placing sports bets,

·       Verifying the age of bettors,

·       Division of working time: 70% back-office, 15% phone, 15% other activities.

Requirements:

·       Knowledge of Bulgarian at the level of min. C1,

·       Knowledge of English at min. B2,

·       Availability for min. 150h per month,

·       Availability for 24/7 shifts. Line working hours: 9:00-1:00 (the project operates 365 days a year).
