Customer Support Manager (English)

We are looking for a self-motivated Customer Support Manager who will always be in touch with truck drivers. The job involves a lot of communication, mainly in English.

Key responsibilities:

• Control over the shipping process

• Resolving any arising problems or complaints

• Assisting clients with inquiries related to logistics services

• Communicating with clients and drivers via phone and email

Requirements:

• English level B2 or higher (both spoken and written)

• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and responsibility

• Ability to learn quickly

• Multitasking skills and stress resistance

• Experience as a Logistics Manager or Customer Support Manager will be a plus

Schedule:

• 14:00 - 23:00 Monday - Friday
