Customer Support Associate with Italian

In this role, you will help deliver outstanding customer service across email, chat, and phone channels to high-profile clients operating global search and video-sharing platforms.

You will handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive experience at every touchpoint.

Success in this position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. You will be encouraged to develop your skills while meeting and exceeding performance goals continuously.

Your tasks:

  • Provide high-quality online customer service via email, chat and phone.

  • Deliver efficient troubleshooting and query resolution.

  • Identify, qualify and overcome customer objections.

  • Meet deadlines with a fast-paced environment.

Our requirements:

  • Fluency in written and spoken Italian.

  • Intermediate level of written and verbal English.

  • Available for a minimum of 130 hours per month.

  • Experience in the call center or customer service industry.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Good analytical and organizational skills.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience or educational background in the online advertising or marketing field is a plus.

What we offer:

  • Civil contract.

  • Salary range: 42,50-50,00 PLN gross/h.

  • Hybrid collaboration from Kraków.

  • Onboarding and training.

  • Schedule from Monday to Friday from between 8 AM and 6 PM.
