Format: remote with occasional client meetings, around 20-30% of working time/full-time Schedule: from 9.00 - 17.00 or flexible (full freedom in planning your day) Location: Warsaw

Responsibilities
Manage existing key clients: maintain and grow long-term relationships.
Monitor client financial metrics: detect downturns early, flag risks, and provide actionable recommendations.
Advise clients on how to use the product most effectively to achieve their business goals.
Upsell and cross-sell: expand product functionality to increase average deal value while delivering real client value.
Drive client retention and reduce churn rate.
Proactively resolve strategic client issues in a win-win manner (focus on business guidance, not technical support).
Requirements:
A professional with a business-oriented mindset: someone who thinks long-term and acts strategically rather than tactically.
Located in Warsaw
Languages: Polish - C1 must, Ukrainian - C1/native must, English: B2+
Experience as a Customer Success Manager / Key Account Manager or in a similar role focused on managing and growing existing clients.
Proven track record in upselling, cross-selling, and client retention.
Strong understanding of client financials and ability to communicate in business terms.
Proactive in identifying risks and implementing solutions before issues become critical.
