Customer Service Specialist with French

Duties and Responsibilities

·       Providing post-purchase customer service in French

·       Responding to product inquiries and handling complaints

·       Multichannel contact with the customer via email, chat and telephone (incoming calls)

Requirements:

·       Very good command of French (verbal and written)

·       Good knowledge of English

·       Superior customer service and communication skills

·       Availability to work in selected hours Mon. - Fri. 08.00-23.00 and chosen weekends 8.00-19.00

·       Willingness to start as soon as possiple for full-time or part-time
