Tasks: 

• Handling customer inquiries via phone, chat, and written messages.

• Providing information and resolving routine customer issues.

• Supporting more complex cases when required.

• Ensuring high quality of customer service and customer satisfaction.

• Cooperating with internal teams to process customer requests.

• Supporting customers with returns, complaints, and product-related inquiries.

• Performing services in line with project guidelines and standards.

Our requirements: 

• Excellent command of Ukrainian and Russian (C1/C2) – both required.

• Good command of English (minimum B2).

• Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills.

• Availability to perform services within the project’s operating hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM), with flexible scheduling of service times.

• Availability aligned with project needs.

• Services are performed from the Warsaw office.

• Cooperation based on a civil contract.

• Hourly rate of 33.50 PLN gross per hour of service provided.
