Customer Love Support Agent with Czech

For one of our clients in the pet food industry — a company creating personalized, fresh meals for dogs through a subscription-based model — we are looking for a Customer Love Specialist to join the Customer Support team. This innovative European company combines technology, nutritional expertise, and a genuine love for animals to improve the quality of life of dogs and their owners across Europe.

Your responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional support via email, chat, and ticketing systems.

• Assist customers with subscription changes, order modifications, and account inquiries.

• Handle complaints efficiently, ensuring positive resolutions aligned with company policies.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed.

Our requirements

• Availability to work Monday-Friday 9.00-17.00

• Strong in spoken and written Czech (at least C1) and English (B2+)

• High-speed internet – fixed broadband

• Experience in customer service, and/or Help Desk environments

• Ability to show empathy, patience and ownership of customer issues

• Excellent detail orientation, prioritising and work organisation

• Part-time students are welcome

  5 500 – 7 500 zł gross / mth. | contract of employment

  33,00 – 48,00 zł gross / hr. | contract of mandate

  40,00 – 58,00 zł net (+ VAT) / hr. | B2B contract
