Customer Love Specialist with Italian

Are you passionate about customer service and fluent in Italian? We are looking for a Customer Love Support Agent to join our team! In this role, you'll provide compassionate support to dog-loving customers. Join us and create a lasting positive impact on our customers' experiences!

Your responsibilities

• Providing professional customer support in Italian, Mon – Friday 9-17

• Responding to customer inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, chat)

• Troubleshooting and solving customer issues

• Ensuring customer satisfaction by offering helpful solutions

• Documenting and tracking customer issues in the company’s CRM system

• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Our requirements

• Attendance at a 5-day in-person training at the office in Wrocław

• Fluency in Italian (C1/C2)

• Very good communication skills in Polish

• Previous experience in customer support is an advantage

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset

• Part-time students of Italian Philology are welcomed :)
