Customer Care Specialist

We’re looking for Customer Care Specialist who will join our Client – a manufacturing company located in Janikowo (close to Bogucin, Swarzędz).

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for maintaining customer data in the system. Receive and process orders, and manage customers’ orders.

• Handle general customer inquiries via phone and e-mail regarding the company, products, pricing, and delivery fulfilment.

• Process credit/debit notes, invoices, returns and replacements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain and warehouses, to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery, inventory checking.

• Coordinate return of goods from customers, manage complaints.

Requirements:

• Over 2 years of experience in Customer Service area, ideally in manufacturing company.

• English language (B2 level or higher).

• SAP knowledge.

• Team player with a proactive attitude.
