Customer Advisor in Automotive Industry

Your daily tasks will include:

• Supporting customers with car assistance or car parts​-related inquiries.

• Providing information on available and unavailable options regarding vehicle usage.

• Sharing expert knowledge on contract terms, end dates, and early termination procedures.

• Ensuring high-quality service – you will represent a Premium brand, so a strong focus on customer satisfaction is essential.

What we look for in candidates:

• Native-level proficiency in Bulgarian (written and spoken).

• English proficiency at a B2 level.

• Proficiency in using a computer.

• Automotive knowledge: interest in car industry news and general orientation in this field. This is crucial for quickly absorbing the training material (it won't be starting from scratch).

• Communication skills: active listening, empathy, and assertiveness.

• High level of professional etiquette.

• Full-time availability (the project operates Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM).
