Communications/Sales Manager (remote)

3HLinen is looking for an excellent communicator to join the Sales Team

• Working hours: 7:00 AM—4:00 PM. CET Time (Warsaw), from Monday to Friday (5 days a week).

• We are established in San Francisco, with production facilities in Europe.

  In 3HLinen, we are creating products made of natural linen, and our main markets are the United States, Australia, and Europe.

  Major responsibilities:

  • Providing consultancy for clients;

  • Respond to an incoming email, phone, and chat inquiries;

  • Listen to customer requirements and present our products in a way that meets those requirements;

  • Follow pre-determined sales procedures;

  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;

  • Escalate and solve standard and non-standard issues.
