Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of category strategies for logistics, warehousing, and transport services.
• Collaborate with Logistics Experts, Procurement, RMT, and Analytics to define business rules, KPIs, and operational standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional input to ensure category decisions reflect both regional needs and central objectives.
• Participate in tender preparation, supplier evaluation, and onboarding processes.
• Monitor category performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to data-driven decision-making through cooperation with analytics and controlling teams.
• Ensure alignment with the Steering Committee and support communication across the Central Team and CE region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, procurement, or category management.
• Strong understanding of supplier management, transport operations, warehousing models, and KPI impacts.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional and international environment.
• Analytical mindset with experience in cost modeling, KPI tracking, and business case development.
• Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
