Location: Duninowo
Key Responsibilities- Support the development of category strategies for logistics, warehousing, and transport services.
- Collaborate with Logistics Experts, Procurement, RMT, and Analytics to define business rules, KPIs, and operational standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional input to ensure category decisions reflect both regional needs and central objectives.
- Participate in tender preparation, supplier evaluation, and onboarding processes.
- Monitor category performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to data-driven decision-making through cooperation with analytics and controlling teams.
- Ensure alignment with the Steering Committee and support communication across the Central Team and CE region.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, procurement, or category management.
- Strong understanding of supplier management, transport operations, warehousing models, and KPI impacts.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional and international environment.
- Analytical mindset with experience in cost modeling, KPI tracking, and business case development.
- Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
- Strategic thinking and ability to connect operational details with business goals.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Solution-oriented and proactive approach.
