Join a Leading Social Media Brand as a Back Office Customer Support Agent!

We are looking for an English-speaking individual with strong computer skills to support a well‑known social media platform and help maintain a safe online community.

Responsibilities:

• Providing support to users of a well-known social media platform.

• Handling customer inquiries via email and chat in English.

• Reviewing and processing user-related requests in line with project guidelines.

Requirements:

• Upper-intermediate English skills (min. B2/C1) - mainly in writting.

• Very good computer skills, including fast and accurate typing.

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.

• Availability to participate in a 5-day onboarding training conducted on-site in Poznań.

• Preferred availability of approximately 120–140 hours per month, depending on your availability.

• Availability within project operating hours (24/7) – specific time slots are agreed flexibly.

• Willingness to complete some tasks from the office in Poznań (Maraton Office), depending on project needs.

The way in which tasks are carried out remains at the discretion of the contractor, in line with project guidelines and quality standards.
