At Macro Work Visa, we help immigration agencies, visa consultants, and recruitment partners across Asia and Africa access European work visa documentation — covering 10+ countries including Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, Portugal, and Hungary.
What You'll Do:
— Proactively generate new leads by identifying and outreaching to immigration agencies, consultants & recruitment firms across Asia and Africa
— Build your own pipeline from scratch through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email campaigns, and industry networks
— Follow up on existing leads in our pipeline and close partnership agreements
— Present our service offering and convert interest into active partners
— Maintain and grow relationships with signed partners
What We're Looking For:
— Proven B2B sales or account management experience (immigration, HR, recruitment = strong plus)
— Track record of self-sourcing leads and building pipelines independently
— Comfortable working with clients across Asia and Africa
— Strong communicator over calls, emails, and WhatsApp
— Hunter mentality — you don't wait for leads, you go find them
— Fluent in English
— Registered business in Poland (B2B contract — you invoice us)
