Location: Golden Beach Resort, Koh Rong Island, Cambodia

Start Date: Mid-September 2026 (no later than the end of September)

Responsibilities

Support the General Manager with daily resort operations.

Supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Guest Services.

Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and resolve guest concerns.

Assist with staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance.

Coordinate daily operations between departments.

Handle reservations, special requests, and administrative tasks.

Monitor stock levels and assist with purchasing.

Ensure company policies and service standards are maintained.

Manage the resort in the General Manager's absence.

Requirements

Hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Fluent English (spoken and written).

Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace; PMS knowledge is a plus).

Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to live and work on a remote tropical island.
