1st Line Junior IT Support Specialist with Czech language skills

OpenNet.pl is a leading provider of technological solutions for the logistics industry. We have been a part of the Allegro Group since 2021 and together we are working on the green Allegro One Box parcel machines, of which there are nearly 3 000 across Poland!

We guarantee work on complex programming projects that will undoubtedly expand your skills using the latest technologies and design patterns. Additionally, you will actively participate in the analysis and creation of new solutions delivered to our clients.

We are looking for a Junior IT Support Specialist to join our team.

This offer is dedicated to individuals proficient in the Polish language (C1+), English (B2), and Czech (B2). Proficiency in these languages is a mandatory requirement.

We are looking for people who:

• Have experience in technical phone support

• Are proficient in the Windows environment

• Have analytical skills and excellent organizational abilities

• Know SQL at a basic level

The following are also a plus:

• Experience in working in the area of parcel logistics

• Knowledge of the processes/courier industry

• Experience in administering Windows Server and Linux environments

Your main responsibilities:

• Ensuring the continuity of operational work by resolving incident reports

• Providing users with telephone support

• Monitoring the correct operation of systems, tracking several communication channels

• Reading and creating technical documentation

• Participation in the process of diagnosing and developing optimal solutions
