Mieszkanie czteropokojowe, przy czym jeden pokój ma własną łazienkę.

Kuchnia ładna, zadbana, ale zapomniałem zrobić zdjęcie. Dodam jak będę na miejscu.

Mieszkanie w lekkim przyziemiu, duże zabezpieczone okna, dużo światła i spokój w okolicy.

Wszyscy lokatorzy to młode osoby pracujące/studiujące, które dbają o porządek. Duży przedsionek i przedpokój dodają przestrzeni. Zaznaczyłem tylko osoby pracujące i OLX nie daje możliwości odznaczenia tego, więc jak jesteś uporządkowanym studentem to także zapraszam.

Budynek w ostrej granicy z Warszawą. Blisko do PKP Ursus, Biedronki, Dino.

Wszystkie umowy najmu co roku przedłużane do 31 sierpnia.

Four-room apartment, with one room having its own private bathroom.

The kitchen is nice and well-maintained, but I forgot to take photos. I will add them when I’m on site.

The apartment is slightly below ground level, with large secured windows, plenty of natural light, and a quiet neighborhood.

All tenants are young working professionals or students who keep things tidy. A large vestibule and hallway add a sense of space. I selected “working professionals only” in the listing, and OLX does not allow me to change it, so if you are an organized student, you are also welcome.

The building is right on the border of Warsaw. Close to PKP Ursus train station, Biedronka, and Dino supermarkets.

All rental agreements are renewed annually until August 31.

In addition to the rent, there is a fixed utilities fee of 315 PLN per person.
