Hi, I have a room available for rent in a two-room apartment. I’m looking for a male roommate who balances work and studies; LGBT individuals are welcome. I’m a non-smoker and value peace, quiet, and tidiness—it would be great if you shared a similar approach. The cost is 500 PLN (base rent) plus 500 PLN for additional charges (gas, electricity, water, and 50% of the administrative fee). The neighborhood is quiet and green, yet close to the city center. No security deposit required. Please get in touch (ideally regarding a move-in date around October 1st). Address: M. Reja Street.
