Koncert "wielkiej czwórki" thrash metalu został zarejestrowany w Sofii 22 czerwca 2010 roku podczas festiwalu Sonisphere i był transmitowany na żywo w formacie wysokiej rozdzielczości w 550 kinach na całym świecie. Wydawnictwo zawiera występy Metalliki, Slayera, Megadeth i Anthrax zebrane na dwóch płytach Blu-ray. Dodatkowo można obejrzeć materiały zza kulis i dodatkowe wywiady z muzykami.
Trasa czterech legend thrash metalu została zapowiedziana w grudniu 2009 roku i objęła tylko siedem koncertów w Europie (w tym jeden w Polsce, na lotnisku Bemowo w Warszawie). Lars Ulrich: "Kto mógłby przypuszczać, że po dwudziestu pięciu latach od powstania wielka czwórka thrash metalu nadal będzie koncertować. Co więcej, że ta muzyka będzie jeszcze bardziej popularna niż wtedy". Kerry King ze Slayera dodał: "Dziwi mnie, że nikt nie zorganizował takiego koncertu już piętnaście lat temu - w końcu fani dostali to, na co tak długo czekali."
