Dzień dobry, mam na imię Marta i chętnie pomogę z matematyką w języku angielskim. Na moich lekcjach online mam przyjemność współpracy z uczniami z programu międzynarodowego International Baccalaureate (IB) (AA i AI standard i higher level - SL i HL) i brytyjskiego (A-level Maths i Further Maths).

Matematyki uczę od 14-stu lat. Moją karierę rozpoczęłam w International School of Poznań ucząc programu IB DP (Diploma Programme) SL HL Standard and Higher level) i Middle Years Programme (IB MYP). Oznacza to, że mam doświadczenie w pracy z uczniami w wieku 11-19 lat. Moi uczniowie z programu IB konsekwentnie zdobywali wyniki powyżej światowej średniej.

Cztery lata temu przeprowadziłam się do Manchesteru w Anglii, gdzie uczę A-level Maths i Further Maths. To doświadczenie pozwoliło mi na osiągnięcie poziomu języka angielskiego zbliżonego do native speaker. Moi Angielscy ucziowie osiągają doskonałe wyniki, a samo liceum jest w jednym z najlepszych liceów w Manchesterze, które zajmuje dziewiąte miejsce pośród top liceów w UK.

Uwielbiam matematykę i nauczanie matematyki. Zawsze staram się wytłumaczyć tematy tak jasno jak tylko możliwe - krok po kroku, upewniając się, że uczeń nadąża i rozumie. Nawet jeśli jeden sposób tłumaczenia nie zadziała, będę szukała innych, tak aby uczeń na pewno zrozumiał. Uważam, że najlepiej uczymy się w pozytywnej atmosferze, dlatego też moje lekcje są bezstresowe, bezbolesne i przyjemne.

Uczę online ponieważ planuję wyruszyć w świat w vanie i podróżować jednoczośnie ucząc matematyki przez internet. Oprócz podróży moimi zainteresowaniami są wspinaczka górska, filmografia i oczywiście... matematyka :) Tworzę video lekcje matematyki, które udostępniam na moim kanale Youtube - zapraszam do odwiedzenia Martamatics PL i Martamatics ENG na Youtube.

Mam nadzieję, że będziemy mogli niedługo rozpocząć owocną współpracę. Cena za 60 minut lekcji ze mną to 220zł. Tak jak wspomniałam organizuję również zajęcia z doświadczponymi korepetytorami z Polski w cenie 200zł za godzinę lub 190zł za godzinę w przypadku wykupienia pakietu czterech lekcji.

Teaching & Tutoring Experience

I have been giving private Maths lessons for 14 years now. I have experience teaching A-level Maths and Further Maths as well as International Baccalaureate (IB) Mathematics - Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP) - Standard and Higher level.

I started my teaching carrier at the International School of Poznan - where I taught the IB Diploma Programme (Standard and Higher Level) and Middle Years Programme. This means that I have experience teaching Maths for 11-18 year olds. My international students within the IB program consistently scored far above the world average, even with the added cargo of having imperfect levels of English or hectic home lives due to their recent move into the country.

I am currently employed in the UK as an A level Mathematics and Further Mathematics teacher at the top performing college in Greater Manchester for school leavers and the ninth best college in the entire United Kingdom. My student's A level pass rate has been consistently 100% throughout the years. My value added score for A level Maths is grade 1 which is equal to or better than the best results nationally and places my students in the top 1% nationally.

About Me

I love Maths and teaching Maths. I always try to explain the topic as clearly as I can - even if one way doesn't work, I will find another and won't give up until you get it :) I am a positive-minded person and I believe that we learn best in a positive, stress-less environment. This is why I ensure that the atmosphere in my lessons is positive and the student enjoys the class. In my free time, I develop my YouTube channel with Maths video-lessons. I like meeting people from all around the world and I would like to go travelling in a van around Europe, which is why I focus on online teaching. It can be done from my van and I get to know interesting people and their lives in different countries.

My college uses Edexcel exam board for Maths and Further Maths but will welcome an opportunity of helping to prepare to exams by other exam boards. The options I currently teach in Further Maths are Decision and Mechanics.

I also enjoy helping students preparing for GCSE exams.
