Electro-hydraulic vertical lift "elevator" for outboard motors - designed to fine-tune the depth of the outboard motor propeller. With this device, you can fully unleash the potential of the engine and achieve maximum speed and fuel economy when using the optimal propeller.
The principle of operation of the elevator is as follows: when the boat moves through the water, you have the opportunity, by adjusting the height of the outboard motor, to achieve the most optimal depth of its propeller, as a result of which the speed performance of the boat improves, as well as significant fuel savings. When using the control panel, you can more precisely adjust the depth of the motor in steps, and then, after detuning, save your preferred position to non-volatile memory, and thus in the future, by pressing just one button, switch to the previously tuned-in marching mode.
Device installation
The product already has all standard mounting holes that are suitable for mounting most outboard motors from 50 horsepower with trim on board. If your motor mounting holes, or the holes already drilled on the boat, do not match those on the elevator, you may need to drill additional mounting holes yourself. Below is a drawing showing the distances between the main mounting holes. Before installing the lift on the boat, make sure your holes on the motor match those already on the lift, or drill new ones.

Refer to your outboard motor's installation manual to drill the correct size and location of mounting holes. Fasteners for attaching the hydraulic lift to the boat transom are supplied with the product. Make sure you have separate mounting hardware to further mount the motor to the lift. These fasteners are not supplied with the device. Next, you will need to attach the lift to the boat's transom. To do this, you need to disconnect your outboard motor from the transom if it has already been installed. Then, on the already drilled holes for mounting the motor, install the lift with the help of fasteners and fix it tightly. Please refer to the figure below for how the insulating elements and T-washers supplied with the lift should be installed.
If you are performing the initial installation, then in this case it is advisable for you to contact the specialists and entrust the installation of the device to them. Next, you proceed to connect the hydraulic station, replace the plugs with fittings on the cylinder and connect the station to the cylinder with hydraulic hoses. You can find this process in the instructions for the trim.

To carry out a quick start from the water and exit the boat to the glider, you need to lower the elevator with the motor to the lowest position. The control of the toggle switch allows you to raise and lower the elevator to the extreme positions, as well as to make manual adjustments by briefly pressing up or down. This option is basic, and the adjustment of the position of the motor will occur anew each time. If you want more precise control with the ability to remember your favorite position in this case, you will need to additionally purchase a panel and an elevator control unit. Using the control panel, you will be able to raise and lower the elevator to the extreme upper and lower positions. You will have the possibility of precise step-by-step adjustment by briefly pressing the keys up or down with a step of 2 cm movement of the elevator in both directions. You will also be able to memorize your favorite position in which your boat will have the highest efficiency. To do this, you will need to enter the data into a non-volatile memory by pressing the M key on the device control panel.
