Mam do wynajęcia dwuosobowy, umeblowany pokój w mieszkaniu w centrum Bytomia (ten widoczny na zdjęciu bądź podobny, trochę większy).

Bardzo blisko parku (5 min.) i Agory (7 min.) i dworca (10 min.)

Wszystkie pokoje są zamykane na klucz.

Pralka i prysznic w łazience.
W dużej kuchni (ponad 15 m2) jest kuchenka z piekarnikiem, lodówko-zamrażarka, zlewozmywak, kredens (z wyposażeniem kuchennym) oraz dwa stoły plus kanapa rogowa.
Jest jeszcze pomieszczenie gospodarcze - idealne na powieszenie prania (szczególnie zimą) oraz przechowanie np. rowerów.

Mieszkanie posiada zadaszony balkon.
Klatka jest spokojna i bezpieczna (domofon).
Aleja, przy której jest mieszkanie jest bardzo cicha.

I have a furnished double room for rent in an apartment in the center of Bytom (the one visible in the photo or similar, slightly larger). Instead of a sofa bed, there could be two beds.

Very close to the park (5 min.), Agora Shopping Centre (7 min.) and the train station (10 min.)

All rooms are lockable.

In the large kitchen (over 15 m2) there are: a stove with an oven, a fridge/freezer, a sink, a sideboard (with kitchen equipment) and two tables plus a corner sofa.
There is also a maintenance room - perfect for hanging laundry (especially in winter) and storing e.g. bicycles.

The apartment has a covered balcony.
The place is calm and safe (equipped with an intercom).
The alley where the apartment is located is very quiet.
