is not intended for smoking, inhalation, or direct human consumption and will be marked as: "not for smoking, inhalation, or consumption";
is packaged exclusively in packaging intended for professional trade (B2B), without consumer portioning, as a technical/laboratory/industrial product;
is not a foodstuff, dietary supplement, medicinal product, medical device, or novel tobacco product;
has a current certificate of composition analysis (COA) from the laboratory.
