Russian - English Interpreter

The work is fully remote, and we provide professional equipment, allowing you to work from anywhere in Poland. We are looking for individuals who can work part-time shifts (6 hours per day is a must) or full-time shifts (8 hours per day, with no maximum number of hours) between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., Monday to Friday, and occasionally on weekends.

Your primary task will be consecutive interpreting for Russian speakers residing in the US or UK who are unable to​ communicate in English. You can expect to make calls and video calls to various public institutions (medical facilities, police stations, or 911 emergency services).

We offer a civil contract with a gross rate of:

Rate Gross/hour:

- Learning time (training) PLN 30,5

- Work before midnight PLN 36

- Weekends PLN 38

- Work after midnight PLN 46

Our requirements:

• Excellent command of Russian and English- both mandatory,

• Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills to maintain a high level of accuracy during interpretation,

• Being able to empathize with the caller,

• Have a stable cable internet connection and a calm environment,

• Stress resistant - if one of the speakers is incoherent or upset, especially in emergencies such as 911 calls.
