Junior Data Analyst

For our client, the largest express transportation company in the world, connecting more than 220 countries and territories, We're looking for Junior Data Analysts!

Temporary contract of employment – till December 2027. Hybrid work model after stationary training (2/3 days from the office) Compensation for this role is min. 7500 zł gross

You will be responsible for:

• Analyzing data within the customer migration area to support the company's efforts on completing a cross-functional project in a timely manner.

• Data processing and data entry tasks within ServiceNow.

• Strong communication skills are required - the role involves project coordination and presenting data during meetings.

• Supporting processing migration requests through a dedicated system.

• Applying extensive Excel skills to do reports.

• Identifying areas of improvement within the tool given recommendation and adjust accordingly.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Fluency in English (spoken and written, min. C1)

• Min. 1 year of experience in data analysis

• University Education (or equivalent through experience)

• Exceptional numerical and strategic analytical skills, coupled with strong process-oriented thinking

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (ability to use Excel functions like : Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot tables, Pivot slicers, Match, Index, Discount)

• Good communication and presentation skills: ability to clearly communicate complex data findings and insights from the migration tool to define the final offer accordingly

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
