Dutch-speaking Customer Service Consultant

Hi!

We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances/ RTV equipment.

We are growing and looking for consultants who are enthusiastic and committed to serving customers.

Tasks: ​

- Provide technical support to equipment users.

- Diagnose and resolve technical problems.

- Providing information on products and their functionality.

- Entering requests into the system.

Our requirements: 

- Fluency in Dutch (B2/C1).

- Very good command of English (B1/B2).

- Basic knowledge of operating household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV).

- Smile, positive attitude, communicative, willingness to learn.

- Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.

- Availability for at least 120 hrs per month; Project hours: Mon–Fri 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m​.

• Screening - initial telephone interview.

- Civil contract with a rate of PLN 56,00 gross/h.
