Customer/Marketing Insights Analyst

For our Client, the company from HoReCa sector, we are looking for the Candidates to join new SSC centre in Cracow.

Requirements:

• Min. 2 years of experience in a commercial analysis role

• Strong data analysis skills using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (including advanced charting, pivots)

• SQL proficiency and solid understanding of databases

• Excellent interpersonal skills and confident engagement of internal clients and stakeholders

• Experience in preparation and delivery of a wide variety of clear and accessible presentations, reports and internal briefing documents

• Analysing A/B tests experience will be an asset

• Working with Power BI dashboards will be an asset

Responsibilities:

An exciting opportunity has come up for a Customer/Marketing Insights Analyst, to join the Cracow’s Shared Services Centre (SSC). Do you love to work in the world of insights and analytics, uncovering the needs and wants of customers, franchisees, and the broader business?

In this role you will provide an accurate sales, promotion and product analyses to assist in strategic decision-making.

• Support the business in all strategic and tactical decision making with appropriate analyses and insights

• Report on trial and pretotype test results, and voucher and menu/product performance (A/B tests)

• Capture insights in clear and concise presentations
