Flat in central Warsaw, suitable for a single person or couple, available from August for a minimum 13-month let. It is great for someone needing a central location -- many of the city's major institutions are within walking distance and all the others are easily reached by the extensive bus&tram network or by metro (all within 3 minutes' walk of the flat). There is a good selection of shops, restaurants, a great market, and other amenities within short walking distance.
The sitting /dining room has a small dining table, and a large comfortable sofa. The open-plan kitchen is compact but functional, with a fridge/freezer, gas hob, microwave oven and washing machine. The bedroom has a good-quality double bed, a desk and a built-in wardrobe. The floor in both rooms is oak parquet.
The flat is partly furnished and includes some pots, pans, dishes, etc. There is plenty of storage space throughout, including a second wardrobe in the hall.
This let is managed directly by myself, the owner. I speak fluent English and Polish as well as French, Italian and Spanish, and I live locally so can help with practicalities if necessary.
The price includes all taxes, service charge, administration charge and central heating. Water, gas and electricity are charged separately based on metered usage.
