Strategy and Operations Lead

We are looking for a Strategy and Operations Lead to become an integral part of our European Real Estate Classifieds team. The ideal candidate is a versatile self-starter, adept in a variety of skills and capable of thriving in a multifaceted role. You should be diligent, with a keen eye for detail and a relentless pursuit of excellence. You will become part of our European Real Estate team which operates some of the leading real estate classifieds portals in Poland, Romania, Portugal and Ukraine. You will work closely with local business and functional leaders across the organization on a broad range of high-impact topics, which will give you the chance to play a leading role in shaping and delivering on our strategy and key bets while helping improve our operational rhythms and ways of working.

Some of the types of activities you will be working on include:

• Working closely with commercial leaders to initiate and advance commercial excellence projects, serving as a key advisor, and strategic partner but also as a challenger

• Identifying and documenting commercial best practices across the organization, championing their adoption to drive organizational excellence

• Developing and implementing strategies to refine internal processes, ensuring optimal ways of working within commercial teams and across the board

• Analyzing business operations from a holistic perspective, identifying and implementing improvements across various teams and functions

• Building business cases for strategic initiatives

• Providing project management support for large initiatives across the organization

• Coordinating and executing key internal routines

• Providing support in the preparation of key management presentations, internal memos and other high-level materials

What we are looking for?

• 5+ years of hands-on experience leading and delivering projects across multiple countries and engaging with diverse stakeholders (digital-enabled businesses or consulting background is a plus)

• Exceptional analytical capabilities for autonomous data analysis and modelling, with a proven track record working with data and using it to identify and drive change

• Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities

• Comfortable challenging the status quo and intellectually curious

• Ability to communicate effectively and successfully work with diverse stakeholders  within all levels of the company

• Ability to deal with ambiguity, handle uncertainty and continuous change

• Result-orientation/ pragmatism and high degree of personal accountability

• Great attention to detail, while maintaining sight of the big picture 

• Fluent English
