RtR Accountant with English

What we are looking for:

• Master/Bachelor degree or at least accomplished 3rd year of studies in economic disciplines

• Min. 2 years of experience in Intercompany Accounting, General Ledger or 3 years of experience in Accounts Payables (Purchase-to-Pay)

• Good English skills (min. B2)

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel)

• Experience with SAP will be an asset

• Flexibility and adaptability

• Work systematically and respond to client and suppliers quickly and efficiently

• Analytical and conceptual mindset 

Responsibilities:

In your role, you will be responsible for vendor and cost accounting as well as direct contact and cooperation with Intercompany Suppliers and Business Units.

• Post incoming intercompany invoices in compliance with the policies and procedures (both for finance and purchase order documents)

• Take care of handling of approval process for incoming documents

•  Act as a main point of contact for the suppliers within your responsibility and build the good relationship between the suppliers and our client

• Monitor and reconcile open positions on vendor, customer and G/L interim accounts

• Take active part in MEC/QEC/YEC preparation and performance of closing tasks

•  Posting and resolving of MEC/YEC provisions and accruals won’t be a challenge for you
