Originally and beautifully designed, eclectic Boho Haven, with elements of bohemian, glamour, modern Mid Century and Art Deco styles.
Because some of us are looking for a HOME to really enjoy. And I only enjoy preparing things that are beautiful.
The flat has been fully renovated and rewired, new plumbing and electrics have been installed. It comes with a new electric board for complete independence and safety. Original wooden floors and doors throughout, newly renovated, in keeping with the character of the property.
The apartment is fully furnished. It comes with a kitchenette, induction cooker, new vintage style fridge-freezer, bathroom.
There’s FREE parking at the back of the house! Extremely hard to come by these days in Szczecin.
All universities are around the corner- either walkable or a short tram journey. Most work places will be very easy and fast to get to, as you’re in the centre and there are several tram options literally on your doorstep or, if you prefer, everything in the centre is walkable.
A few minutes walk to nearby parks, restaurants, café’s and other attractions.
An English speaking, friendly and helpful landlord at your disposal.
1590 PLN per month plus management fee.
Water, internet, rubbish collection all included. Gas and electricity bills extra. Ground rent and council tax paid by the landlord.
A security deposit is required upfront, to be fully refunded on successful completion of the rental agreement.
